My Two Cents: Bill Engvall Show stuntman recreating Evel Knievel Jump

Bill Engvall | My Two Cents Podcast

Welcome to the 11th episode of “My Two Cents” with comedian Bill Engvall, the show designed to make you laugh and think! Scroll to the bottom to listen.

Special Guest Appearance: Stuntman and Daredevil Eddie Braun

In this show, Bill chats with thrill-seeker Eddie Braun, who is getting ready to recreate Evel Knievel’s famed (and failed) 1974 jump across the Snake River Canyon. Interestingly enough, Eddie and Bill have worked together before, as Eddie served as a stuntman on one episode of “The Bill Engvall Show” on TBS. The two chat about some of the actors who think they can do their own stunts (including Larry the Cable Guy), about the SWAG (scientific, wild-ass guesses) going into the development of the rocket being used in Eddie’s rendition of the Snake River jump and about how Eddie is working with Evel’s son to recreate the famous stunt.

For more context on Evel’s original jump, watch the video below. For more information about Eddie’s attempt to recreate the jump on September 17, visit EvelSpirit.com or his Facebook page, Return to Snake River.
